Guest Passes

Guest Passes give you access to the Merlin Complex where the onsite entertainment and activities can be found.

There are hundreds of things to do close by and Pubs which do food within 15 minutes walking distance from the Lodge or Caravan we have.

Guest Passes Give Entry into the Merlin Complex* with Free Access to the Following:

Please check their opening times before your holiday to find out what will be available to you during your stay especially out of season.

• Arcade
• The Spitfire Bar – inclusive of the restaurant area (please pre-book online)
• Access to the Spitfire Terrace Bar and Caravan Bar
• Table tennis
• Amphitheatre
• Outdoor Cinema screenings (no booking required – first come, first served)
• Rooftop Bar 49 (first come, first served)
• Our two beaches
• Our outdoor splash zone
• The adventure playground and sports court
• The Giggling Goose – adult only bar and lounge (please pre-book online)
• Big Top and Spiegeltent  (depending on seasonal time of year)
• Evening entertainment which includes LIVE streamed show productions and musical performances
• Bike hire (additional costs apply)
• Children’s PLAY Home entertainment streamed to our big screens
• Fishing on park (fishing pass and UK rod license also needed)
• Pedalo hire (additional costs apply for hire)

*Please note the above is accessible depending on capacity and they do not guarantee immediate entry or access during peak times. You may be asked to queue, please be patient with their teams whilst measures are in place to comply with Government restrictions. 

Guest Passes Also Give Access to the Below List of Facilities:

They currently have limited capacities due to Government restrictions and therefore, session availability is not guaranteed.

• Indoor pool and splash pad Aqua PLAY (booking recommended – walk-ins available if not at full capacity)
• Lakeside Lido and splash fountain (booking recommended – walk-ins available if not at full capacity)
• Adventure golf (additional cost apply, walk-ins available if not at full capacity)
• The Propeller Kitchen (please pre-book online)
• The Spitfire Bar & Giggling Goose (please pre-book online)
• All Away Resorts activities – these must be pre-booked online and we recommend booking in advance.

Please be aware, if you have not booked a session (where available) prior to arrival, they cannot guarantee you will be able to use the following facilities with your purchased guest pass:

Please note their passes are non-refundable and they recommend that you have made your bookings before purchasing passes as they will not refund after they have purchased if we are fully booked.

For Water sports, you will not need an Away Resorts Guest Pass but you will need to book in advance with the third parties that run these activities on the lakes.

Purchasing Passes Rules:

• Park rules are if any part of your stay has a peak or super weekend night then this is the rate you pay for passes. 
• Please feel free to double-check with us if you are not sure.
• Passes are charged by the park per party, not per guest. 
• If you stay longer than 6 nights, please email me at info@pjgetaways.co.uk for a price.
• Prices are subject to change at any time by the park and we will notify you should this occur.
